With extensive experience in UX consulting and development of multiple digital technologies, his priority is to identify opportunities and develop solid relationships with potential clients in the Mexican market.

Xavier, a French Agricultural Engineer, combines his experience in marketing and business development to advise and propose strategies that promote the success of agribusiness in Latin America. Paola has a degree in Business Administration (National University of Asunción) and has solid experience in marketing and strategies. With more than 10 years of experience in agribusiness, Paola has worked with large multinational companies such as Monsanto, Bayer and Syngenta.

Since 2016, he has served as an Animal Scientist in feedlots across Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota, currently leading the Health Department at Revier Cattle Company (MN). At AgenciaAGRO, he brings a binational perspective on intensive cattle production—focused on animal welfare, biosecurity, feeding efficiency, and clear communication for livestock brands.

She worked at FIRA–Banco de México and CONAFOR, driving financing initiatives, data analysis, and inter-institutional coordination. Laura is a Zootechnician (U. de La Salle) and holds a Master’s in Rural Development (U. Austral de Chile). She brings over 10 years of experience across fieldwork and management: extension with small farmers, wildlife management, farm administration, and research support (UACh, Fondecyt, Massey). She has worked with flower growers and berry producers in southern Chile. At AgenciaAGRO, she turns field insights into actionable productivity and sustainability plans.

María Victoria is an agronomist and consultant with over 23 years of experience in the agricultural sector. She has participated in projects integrating business management, territorial strategies, and sustainability, bringing together teams and stakeholders in diverse regions.
