Zoetis Chile Strengthens Its Livestock Communication Strategy with AgenciaAgro
At AgenciaAgro, we have begun a new stage of collaboration with Zoetis Chile, focused on strengthening the communication strategy of its Livestock business unit and supporting its commercial and positioning objectives throughout 2026.
The project began with a strategic consulting process designed to analyze the unit’s current situation, understand its priorities, organize its main communication challenges, and establish a clear roadmap aligned with the needs of the Chilean market.
Based on this assessment, AgenciaAgro developed a strategy that connects Zoetis’ business objectives with a specialized, consistent communication plan adapted to the specific characteristics of the livestock sector.
From Strategic Consulting to an Annual Communication Plan
The first stage of the project established its strategic foundations: identifying priority audiences, reviewing current communication channels, detecting positioning opportunities, and defining guidelines for the development of content, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
The objective goes beyond producing individual communication materials. The goal is to build a structured system that helps Zoetis Chile communicate its value proposition more clearly, strengthen its relationships with livestock producers, veterinarians, distributors, and industry leaders, and directly support the business goals of its Livestock unit.
Based on these foundations, AgenciaAgro is implementing an annual communication plan aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and the particular characteristics of Chile’s animal health and livestock production market.
A Workshop to Engage the Commercial Team
As part of the project, AgenciaAgro also developed a workshop for the Zoetis Chile commercial team.
The workshop was designed to integrate the sales team into the communication strategy, providing tools to transform technical knowledge, field experience, and daily customer interactions into valuable content and insights for the brand.
This initiative addresses a key principle: company representatives are not merely recipients of corporate communication. They are also essential participants in amplifying strategic messages, building trust, and connecting the brand with the real needs of the market.
The workshop contributes to aligning criteria, strengthening the professional presence of the commercial team, and encouraging its active participation in building Zoetis’ positioning in the Chilean livestock sector.
Specialized Communication for the Livestock Market
The livestock and animal production sector requires communication that is deeply connected to the technical, productive, and commercial realities of each market.
Global messages cannot simply be replicated across countries. Effective communication requires an understanding of production systems, the role of veterinarians, the challenges faced by livestock producers, and the particular conditions of each territory.
AgenciaAgro contributes its agribusiness expertise by integrating strategy, communication, sector knowledge, and commercial vision. This makes it possible to develop content and initiatives that accurately represent the Chilean market while maintaining the consistency expected from a global company such as Zoetis.
A Regional Vision for Zoetis in Latin America
The collaboration with Zoetis Chile is part of a broader regional process.
AgenciaAgro is also supporting initiatives in other Latin American markets, including Uruguay, while coordinating with the company’s Latin American management team based in Argentina to help align and integrate strategies across the continent.
This regional coordination makes it possible to share knowledge, identify common opportunities, and build more integrated communication strategies without losing the local adaptation required by each country.
For AgenciaAgro, this project represents an opportunity to apply its consulting, strategy, and specialized Livestock communication methodology, helping Zoetis strengthen its local presence while moving toward a more coordinated regional vision.
AgenciaAgro continues to consolidate its work with leading animal health companies, connecting commercial objectives, technical expertise, and communication strategies adapted to each Latin American market.
